A Corporate Mindfulness Program That Will Change How You Work

Stress is part of life, but today's corporate environments have an unprecedented amount of stress. Our mission is to change that by introducing applied mindfulness programs that create lasting change.

In the past 20 years, the workplace has changed a lot. Work stress has gone up dramatically and job satisfaction has gone down, resulting in unfulfilled employees and unproductive corporate cultures. In fact, unhappy employees cost the US between $450-550 billion each year in lost productivity

Our goal is not to take all your stress away. In fact, some stress is good; it drives us to get more done and achieve more than we would without it.  However, we all have a “tipping point” where stress goes from being a positive driver of performance to something that impacts us negatively.

Mindfulness helps us learn to recognize stress and it’s impact. This awareness empowers us to make conscious choices about how to manage it so it doesn’t manage us.

Changing Your Relationship To Stress

Life without stress isn't possible, but learning to relate to life's inevitable challenges with more skill and intention is.

A lot of people think the only way to be mindful is to meditate for hours at a time. You probably have a schedule that is jam packed - who has the time to add anything else? You don't have to mediate for hours on end to feel the benefits of a mindfulness practice. Just a few minutes each day is all you need to reset and change your relationship to stress.

I work with organizations, teams, and individuals to help them understand mindfulness and how to apply it in their daily lives.

Our work together will give you the tools that will help you manage your reaction to stress, and focus your attention on what you can impact day to day.

I am a lot less reactive now. When I get overwhelmed, instead of snapping at my colleagues, I breathe and let it pass. I deal with it when I’m calm.
