Our goal is not to take all your stress away. In fact, some stress is good; it drives us to get more done and achieve more than we would without it.  However, we all have a “tipping point” where stress goes from being a positive driver of performance to something that impacts us negatively.

Mindfulness helps us learn to recognize stress and it’s impact. This awareness empowers us to make conscious choices about how to manage it so it doesn’t manage us.

A lot of people think the only way to be mindful is to meditate for hours at a time. You probably have a schedule that is jam packed - who has the time to add anything else? You don't have to mediate for hours on end to feel the benefits of a mindfulness practice. Just a few minutes each day is all you need to reset and change your relationship to stress.

I work with organizations, teams, and individuals to help them understand mindfulness and how to apply it in their daily lives.
